We are required by the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI) to perform Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Checks, including Sanctions and Politically Exposes Persons (PEP) checks on all landlords and tenants.

The cost for this is £30 per landlord, which you can pay via the link below. Please note that we only need to carry out this check once, and under current rules, the check will not need to be repeated if you instruct us to handle any further properties. Please ensure you enter and pay for the correct number of landlords.

 

Following payment, you will receive a link from our AML partners to enable you to supply the required information in order for the AML check to be carried out.

Please also be aware that we are unable to put your property onto the market, or manage the property, without having completed the AML check, so we would ask that you please do this as soon as possible.
