Finally, we are required by law to perform an Anti Money Laundering (AML) Check on all vendors and purchasers. Therefore we are obliged to collect one form of ID from each vendor.

To enable our AML partners to carry out these checks, you will need to upload images of EITHER your driving licence or passport - please have these ready when you click the link, along with your payment card for the statutory cost of £30 per vendor.

Please be aware that AML Checks are a legal requirement, and we are unable to put your property onto the market without having completed the AML check, so we would ask that you please complete this as soon as possible.
