Vendor Onboarding - Fact Find/Material Information Questionnaire

Buyers ask lots of questions, and as your agent, it's vitally important that we have all required information to hand. Our Vendor "Fact Find" Questionnaire will take you about 10 minutes to complete, and will save lots of time trying to obtain the same information from you on an ad hoc basis.

Some of the information asked for is legally required in order to go to market, so please be aware that we cannot commence marketing until the Fact Find has been completed.

Thank you for choosing Neil Robinson Estate Agents to sell your home. In order to give you the best service, and provide correct information to your potential buyers, we ask you to fill out this form so that we have all the relevant and essential information to hand.


Most of this information comes under the "Material Information" guidance, which obliges Estate Agents to collect certain property information from Vendors. Because of this, we do ask that you are as accurate as possible in your responses.


You may have already provided some information to us, however please do still include it here.
